Check that you're using the email or phone number you registered with, and that you have a working internet connection. If you still can't sign in, email us at team@fonetic.ai and we'll help you regain access.

How do I manage my subscription or billing?

For any questions about your plan, invoices, or payments, email team@fonetic.ai from your registered address and we'll sort it out.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email team@fonetic.ai with a description of the bug (with screenshots if possible) or the feature you'd like to see. We read everything.

How is my data handled?
